For the Defence: the association Newsletter published regularly since 1974 is a strong voice for criminal lawyers and everyone concerned with the quality of criminal justice. Articles feature the various perspectives of criminal law experts in plain language, on the most talked about topics of the day. For the Defence is a critical current awareness publication for the busy criminal lawyer.

The Criminal Lawyers' Association Newsletter is published 5 times a year by LexisNexis Canada and is mailed to all members.
